Please use this booking form and a member of the Ivy Blu team will contact you offering an appointment as close to your requested time as possible.
IMPORTANT: We need to send you an email so please add info@ivyblu.co.uk to your safe sender list.
If requesting a Prom Appointment
There will be a small fee £10.00 to secure your Prom appointment.
Your appointment will include your own changing room, pedestal and mirror.
You will also receive your own stylist on a 1-1 basis throughout your appointment who will assist and advise on styles and colour.
Appointment fees will be refunded should you purchase your dress with us or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment start time.
Your card will not be charged until your appointment has been confirmed by Ivy Blu.
For double appointments (friends/siblings) 2 appointments must be booked as 2 rooms and stylists will be needed. Both girls will need their own parent/guardian.
All Prom Appointments must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
