APPOINTMENT CHARGES
Bridal Appointments
Please be aware we require card details to be held on our system to book a bridal appointment.
Only in the event of a last minute cancellation of less than 48 hours notice prior to the appointment or a no show on the day will your card be charged a £20 fee.
This is will automatically be done by our booking system.
We can only allow a maximum of 3 guests to attend and we have a strict rule on no children or buggies.
Prom Appointments
There will be a small fee of £10.00 to secure your prom appointment. Your appointment will include your own changing room, pedestal and mirror.
You will also receive your own stylist on a 1-1 basis throughout your appointment who will assist and advise on styles and colours.
Appointment fees will be refunded should you purchase your dress with us or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment start time.
For double appointments (friends/siblings) 2 appointments must be booked as 2 rooms and stylists will be needed. Both girls will need their own parent/guardian.
All prom appointments must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Please do not bring more than 2 guests per appointment and we have a strict no rule on no children or buggies.
